Situated within the zone of Hambull, the Mill was used by the local
inhabitants to meet their need for grinding grain. The canal, from which
the Mill was supplied with water from the river, is about 4-5m deep and
almost 150m long. The Mill’s contruction was completed with artisanal
tools, such as chisels. Above the canal there are the ruins of a very
old church. The church was a very special and unique building, which was
destroyed in 1997 by people who were looking for gold. Additionally,
above the canal there is a small bridge that helped locals communicate
with the village of Zabërzan. The view from the mill is spectacular and
has a large number of visitors.
